Health is More Than a Physical Appearance

The constant presence of social media today puts a lot of pressure on us to look a certain way, but it often doesn't dive below the surface. Health is more than just physical, it's also mental and emotional. Whether you want to make peace with food, fuel your body for your sport, power through your day level-headed or improve specific health metrics, my goal as a dietitian is to help you improve all dimensions of your health without the constraints of diet culture.
